We are a dropshipping store, which means products are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers to you. This allows us to offer a wide selection at competitive prices. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing may take slightly longer.
- Once your order is processed, your supplier will prepare and ship it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the supplier, product availability, and the shipping method chosen by the supplier.
- Domestic shipping (within the US): Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Some may take up to 21 business days.
- International shipping: Delivery usually takes 10–30 business days, though it can be longer depending on customs processing in your country.
Important: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high order volumes. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but we cannot control the speed once the package leaves the supplier.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method available for your items.
- We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders (for example, orders over a certain amount) — this will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Additional fees such as duties, taxes, or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number is usually provided once your order ships. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking to become active.
- If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order being placed, please contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most addresses in the United States and many international countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Changes or Cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of placing the order).
- Once an order has been processed and shipped by the supplier, cancellations or address changes may not be possible.
Delays and Issues
- If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated via email.
- In rare cases where an item is out of stock with the supplier, we may offer a replacement of equal or greater value or a full refund.
- For lost or damaged packages, please contact us with your order details so we can assist with the supplier or carrier.
